Setting Up Your First Website
Getting your first website online with Fast Host Nig is simple. Follow these steps to set up your website quickly and start building your online presence.
Step 1: Log in to Your Hosting Account
Visit https://fasthost.com.ng/clientarea and log in with your registered email and password.
Step 2: Access Your Control Panel
From your dashboard, go to Services → My Services, then click your hosting plan.
Select Login to cPanel to open your hosting control panel.
Step 3: Choose How to Build Your Website
You can set up your site in one of three ways:

Install WordPress: Use Softaculous App Installer in cPanel to install WordPress with one click.

Upload Files Manually: Use File Manager or FTP to upload your website files into the public_html folder.

Use a Website Builder: If you prefer a drag-and-drop interface, use the built-in website builder (if available).
Step 4: Add Your Domain
Make sure your domain is connected to your hosting account. Update your nameservers (provided in your welcome email) to point to Fast Host Nig.
Step 5: Verify and Go Live
After installation or upload, visit your domain (for example, www.yourdomain.com) to confirm your website is live.
Step 6: Secure Your Website
Activate your SSL Certificate from cPanel to make your website secure and display the HTTPS padlock in browsers.
