Email forwarders and auto responders help you stay connected and manage communication more efficiently.
With Fast Host Nig, you can easily set them up through your cPanel.
???? Step 1: Log in to Your cPanel

Go to www.fasthost.com.ng.

Click Client Area → Login → Access cPanel.

Scroll down to the Email section.
???? Part 1: Setting Up an Email Forwarder
Email forwarders automatically send copies of incoming messages from one email address to another — perfect for team sharing or redirecting messages.
✅ Example:
You can forward all emails from info@yourdomain.com to yourname@gmail.com or support@yourdomain.com.
Steps:

In cPanel, click Forwarders under the Email section.

Click Add Forwarder.

Enter the address to forward (e.g.,
info@yourdomain.com). -
In Destination, enter the email you want messages to go to (e.g.,
yourname@gmail.com). -
Click Add Forwarder.
That’s it — all incoming emails will now be copied to your chosen address.
???? Tip: You can set multiple forwarders if you want messages to reach several team members.
???? Part 2: Setting Up an Auto Responder
An auto responder automatically replies to emails — great for “out of office” messages or instant replies confirming receipt.
Steps:

Go to cPanel → Email → Autoresponders.

Click Add Autoresponder.

Fill out the details:

Character Set: Leave as UTF-8

Interval: Set the number of hours before a sender receives another auto-reply

Email: The address to auto-respond from

From Name: Your name or company name (e.g., Fast Host Nig Support)

Subject: e.g., Thanks for Contacting Fast Host Nig!

Body Message:

Click Create/Modify to save.

You can return anytime to Forwarders or Autoresponders to:
