Creating a professional email address (like info@yourdomain.com) gives your business a more credible and trustworthy look.
With Fast Host Nig, you can create unlimited domain-based email accounts directly from your cPanel in just a few steps.

???? Step 1: Log in to Your cPanel

1. Visit www.fasthost.com.ng.

2. Go to Client Area → Login → Access cPanel.

3. Scroll down to the Email section.

???? Step 2: Open Email Accounts

1. Click Email Accounts.

2. Select + Create to add a new email address.

???? Step 3: Fill in Email Details

1. Choose the Domain name (for example, yourdomain.com).

2. Enter the Username (e.g., info, support, or sales).

   • Your full email address will be info@yourdomain.com

3. Set a strong password (or click Generate for one).

4. Set a storage limit (for example, 1024MB) or choose Unlimited.

5. Click Create.

✅ Your email account is now ready to use!

???? Step 4: Access Your Email

You can access your new email through Webmail or an Email App.

Option 1: Webmail Access

• Visit yourdomain.com/webmail

• Log in using your full email and password.

• Choose a webmail interface (like Roundcube).

Option 2: Email App (Outlook, Gmail, etc.)
Use these settings to connect your email:

• Incoming Mail (IMAP): mail.yourdomain.com, Port 993

• Outgoing Mail (SMTP): mail.yourdomain.com, Port 465

• Username: Full email address

• Password: Your email password

???? Step 5: Manage Your Email Accounts

Return to Email Accounts in cPanel to:

• Change passwords

• Adjust mailbox limits

• Delete unused accounts

???? Tip: You can create multiple emails for your business — like admin@, support@, or billing@ — to look more organized and professional.
