???? Setting Up Subdomains and Addon Domains

You can create subdomains or addon domains to host multiple websites or separate sections of your main site — all under your Fast Host Nig hosting account.

???? Step 1: Log in to cPanel

Go to www.fasthost.com.ng, log in to your Client Area, and select Login to cPanel under your hosting service.

???? Step 2: Open the Domains Section

In your cPanel dashboard, scroll to the Domains section and select either:

  • Subdomains – To create a new section of your website (e.g., blog.yourdomain.com)

  • Addon Domains – To host a completely new domain (e.g., newsite.com) on the same hosting account.

???? Step 3: Create Your Domain

  • For a Subdomain, enter the name (e.g., blog).

  • For an Addon Domain, enter the full domain name and directory path.
Click Add Domain to complete setup.

???? Step 4: Upload Website Files

Open File Manager → public_html, find the new folder created for your subdomain or addon domain, and upload your site files there.

???? Step 5: Test Your Domain

Visit your new domain or subdomain in a browser to make sure it loads correctly.

  • Subdomain: blog.yourdomain.com

  • Addon domain: www.newsite.com

???? Tip: Each subdomain or addon domain can have its own website, email, and database — all managed from your Fast Host Nig control panel.
