⚠️ Fixing Domain Not Found Errors

If your website shows “Domain Not Found” or “This site can’t be reached,” don’t worry — it’s usually a simple DNS or configuration issue. Follow these steps to fix it on Fast Host Nig.

???? Step 1: Check Domain Registration Status

Make sure your domain is registered and active.

  • Log in to your Fast Host Nig client area → Domains → My Domains.

  • Confirm your domain isn’t expired or suspended.

???? Step 2: Verify Nameservers

Ensure your domain is pointing to the correct Fast Host Nig nameservers:

ns1.fasthostnig.com ns2.fasthostnig.com

If your domain is registered elsewhere, update these nameservers in your domain registrar’s dashboard.

???? Step 3: Wait for DNS Propagation

After updating nameservers, it can take up to 24 hours for changes to reflect globally.
You can monitor progress on dnschecker.org.

???? Step 4: Check Hosting Activation

Go to Services → My Hosting Accounts in your client area and confirm your hosting plan is active.
If it’s pending, contact support for activation.

???? Step 5: Clear Browser Cache or DNS Cache

Sometimes your computer stores old DNS data.

  • On Windows: open Command Prompt and run ipconfig /flushdns.

  • Then refresh your browser.

???? Step 6: Contact Support

If the issue continues, contact Fast Host Nig Support for help.
Provide your domain name and a screenshot of the error message.

???? Email: support@fasthost.com.ng

???? Tip: Always double-check your nameservers and hosting status whenever you face a “Domain Not Found” issue.
