Having a professional email address (like info@yourdomain.com) makes your business look more credible. With Fast Host Nig, you can easily create and manage email accounts directly from your cPanel.


???? Step 1: Log in to Your cPanel

  1. Visit www.fasthost.com.ng.

  2. Go to Client Area → Login → Access cPanel.

  3. Scroll down to the Email section.


???? Step 2: Open the Email Accounts Tool

  1. Click Email Accounts.

  2. Click + Create to make a new email address.


???? Step 3: Create a New Email

  1. In the Domain field, select the domain you want to use (e.g., yourdomain.com).

  2. Enter the Username (e.g., info, sales, or support).

  3. Set a strong password or use the Generate button.

  4. (Optional) Set a storage limit for the mailbox (e.g., 1024MB) or choose Unlimited.

  5. Click Create.

✅ Your new email account is now ready!


???? Step 4: Access Your Email

You can check your emails in two ways:

Option 1: Webmail

  1. Go to yourdomain.com/webmail

  2. Log in with your new email and password.

  3. Choose a webmail app (e.g., Roundcube).

Option 2: Email Client (Outlook, Gmail, etc.)

  • Use the settings shown in cPanel:

    • Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com

    • Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com

    • Username: Full email address

    • Password: Your email password

    • Port: IMAP (993) or POP3 (995) for incoming, SMTP (465) for outgoing


???? Step 5: Manage or Delete Emails

To manage your email accounts:

  1. Go back to Email Accounts in cPanel.

  2. From here, you can:

    • Change passwords

    • Adjust storage limits

    • Delete old accounts

  • Always use strong passwords to protect your email.

  • Avoid using too much mailbox space — download or delete old messages regularly.

  • You can create multiple emails for different departments (e.g., billing@, support@, admin@).
