???? Setting Up Email Forwarders and Autoresponders
Email forwarders and autoresponders help you manage messages more efficiently. With Fast Host Nig, you can automatically redirect emails or send instant replies when you’re unavailable.
???? Step 1: Log in to Your cPanel
Go to www.fasthost.com.ng → Client Area → Services → My Hosting Accounts → Login to cPanel.
???? Part 1: Setting Up Email Forwarders
Step 2: Open Forwarders
In your cPanel dashboard, go to the Email section and click Forwarders.
Step 3: Add a New Forwarder

Click Add Forwarder.

Enter the email address you want to forward from (e.g.,
info@yourdomain.com). -
Enter the destination email (e.g.,
yourpersonal@gmail.com). -
Click Add Forwarder to save.
Now, any email sent to info@yourdomain.com will automatically go to your chosen address.
???? Tip: Use forwarders to send messages from multiple addresses (like sales@ or support@) to one inbox.
???? Part 2: Setting Up Autoresponders
Step 4: Open Autoresponders
Go back to the Email section in cPanel and click Autoresponders.
Step 5: Add Autoresponder

Click Add Autoresponder.

Choose Character Set: leave it as
utf-8. -
Set Interval: how many hours before the same sender gets another auto-reply.

Enter your email address, subject, and message.

Click Create/Modify.
Example message:
Thank you for contacting Fast Host Nig!
We’ve received your message and will reply shortly.
Step 6: Edit or Remove Autoresponders
You can view, update, or delete any autoresponder at any time from the same section.
